OUR FOCUS

ABOUT CEF
Caroline Education Foundation has roots dating back to the 1980s. At that time, the organization was very active, regularly making small grants to support Caroline County Public Schools students. Funds were used to address educational needs that couldn't be met through the school system's budget.
After many years, CEF became dormant, but the need for supplemental funding persisted. The current Board of Trustees was formed to relaunch the organization with a focus on supporting financial literacy and career exploration opportunities for students. Our initial goal is for 1,000 people to donate $100 each.
Board of Trustees
Caroline Education Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of current and former educators, Board of Education members, and community and business leaders. The Board consists of a minimum of nine trustees and a maximum of eleven trustees.
